Another fun company outing- this time at Island Creek Oysters (ILC)! B+T team members enjoyed a tour of the hatchery and a boat ride out to the oyster beds, followed by refreshments. Did you know that ILC produces about 150 million seed oysters each year and only 0.3% survive? And you can age an oyster by the growth bands on its shell!
